The scale or rotate manipulator does not comes only in the perspective
view****t
it is not shown in the top side or front view ****ts instead a gray
line
manipulator which cannot be manipulated is shown but only the move
objects is working.
Please tell me as I am a beginner and i have searched everywhere for
this problem
and couldn't solve it.
