Creating seamless texture problem in photoshop and maya tia sal2

by "temp@[EMAIL PROTECTED] " <not@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Oct 23, 2006 at 03:38 AM

Greetings all

I'm trying to create a seamless texture using photoshop but the ends
aren't lining up and I'm not sure why.

Here's the image table I'm using to map to a Torus in Maya 7.
http://onewithall.net/rodin/table_and_torus.htm

The cells in yellow should match up perfectly but there's a gap
preventing them from closing
http://onewithall.net/rodin/table_and_torus.htm
and I'm not sure how to
get rid of it. Just to let you know I created this table of numbers in
Excel and captured it using Snag It and pasted it into Photoshop.

Any ideas on how to get rid of the gap and join the image togather? I
tried using UV editor in maya but that just warped the image and numbers.

Thanks
sal2
