The torus is periodic in both U and V, so the second twist is not
possible.
You could:
	1. Create a cylinder on Y, with high spans and sections counts.
	2. Apply a twist deformer.
	3. Apply a bend deformer with a curvature of 3.1416 
	to create an open torus.
	4. Rotate 90degrees in X and apply another twist deformer.
