gamma correct antialias

by Paul Geisler <paul.geisler@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 27, 2008 at 11:28 PM

Hello,

I still have problems with antialias. I am developing an application
with much wireframe visuals. Thin lines get a really bad AA with even
with 16x supersampling and gamma correct AA turned on (8600GTS, Ubuntu
8.04). In fact, the gamma correct checkbox of nvidia x server settings
seems to doesn't do anything. The default assumed gamma value is really
bad, I have to rise system gamma from 1.0 to 1.9 to get smooth lines. It
just burns out my eyes.

Any ideas?

thanks

Paul
