I have implemented printing based on the PrintB (Windows) demo program
that comes with Open Inventor, but I'm having some scaling problems.
Apparently Open Inventor is simply taking a screen dump to generate the
post script image, but the size of the image is dependent on the size
of the window being printed. If the window is resized larger the print
runs off the page. Is there anything I can do about this?
