The conventional wisdom around here is to stay with XP.
However, I am using a Vista machine with the latest updates and
it seems to be working fairly reliably with Lightwave and After Effects.
I use one or the other nearly every day.
It will drive you nuts every time you try to download or install anything.
It ask your permission at every turn just like in the apple ads, but
it is behaveing reasonably whilr running thos 2 applications.
It seems to run Streets and Trips OK too :-)
That is about as far as I have gotten though.
