J & L is pleased to announce the first freeware release of our ActiveSolid
product which can be downloaded from:

ActiveSolid Standard is a slightly scaled-down version of ActiveSolid
Professional and is absolutely free for all users who are interested in 3D
modeling, CAD, view markup and 3D digital communications. The freeware
Standard version is available as the same download as the Professional
version: the Professional version becomes the freeware Standard version
after 15 day trial period if user decides not to register but still want
to
keep the product.
Besides licensing change, ActiveSolid v2.5.1 also adds very cool
interactive
view plane manipulation and several bug fixes.
