Will Framemaker let you substitute for a missing font? If so, substitute 
Courier New. What you're seeing seems to be a subsetted font pulled from 
a PDF. Perhaps text was copied out of a PDF into the Framemaker 
do***ent, or perhaps a PDF was embedded as a graphic. Distiller creates 
names like that when it embeds a subset of a font. The font itself is 
nothing exotic.
