Unfortunately the administrators seem to post via http and keep nagging 
you to stop putting >s in front of quoted passages. I read the
typography forum a few years ago (via nntp, I was on a dialup connection
then) and tried to explain to them that was my only way to make quotations
visible as such but they kept telling me off for my "stubbornness".

Better use http, that's what the powers that be in Adobe's forums are 
familiar with.
