I would contact Wacom if you bought it from them or from whoever you
purchased the table from. That isn't normal. My 9x12 Intuos 3 does not
have an overlay sheet of any kind and I believe that yours may be
damaged from the factory. Unless you bought a used one and in that
case your probably stuck. My pad is stuck very securely and I have no
doubt that it will be that way for decades. I wouldn't accept the
defect if you paid full price from a retail or wholesale supplier.
I've actually never heard of a defect in any Wacom product but I guess
that it can happen. I would also have them cross-****p a new tablet so
that you don't have to be without for any time.

but pleased with mine. Let me know if you have anymore questions. I
