Brilliant! Googling for it can bring up quite a few deadends. Quite a
few shareware rebadged versions, and alternative commercial products
that tag their page with the name. In the end, downloaded from:
<http://www.mouseimp.com/>.
Interesting that the license would actually
allow Wacom to include the code within their driver.
