You don't say what OS you're using.
Have you checked for an updated driver?
Some manufacturers have not updated their older drivers for the newer 
operating systems. I don't know if this is one of them.

I have had no problems with either Corel or Adobe apps of the nature 
you're talking about.

Older Wacoms have menu strips that are programmable globally or per 
application. The latter was of little use as - if like me you forget how 
it's programmed for each app - there is no quick way to find out what 
they do. When I requested useful tooltips, they removed the strip 
instead :-(. They still haven't implemented scrolling properly yet either.

FWIW, there's never a lot of activity in this group.
