I don't know about the wireless tablet problem. I might be some help
with the Paint Shop Pro question though. Run PSP,
Menu Bar-File>Preferences>General Program Preferences; Miscellaneous
Tab, see that the checkbox for "Disable pressure sup****t for puck-type
pointing devices" is UN-checked. That should do it.
