I bought one of these today from Aldi. It works fine. But one of the
CD-ROMs bundled with it, the one containing "uLead PhotoImpact 5SE",
will not read successfully in any of three CD-ROM drives I've tried.
The installation gets about half-way through, then hangs. I tried
copying all the files off into a tmp directory with the intention of
burning a CD myself, but as the read progresses, read errors occur more
and more. I've emailed the Medion sup****t line. What's the chances
they'll replace the CD-ROM disk?
