I just bought a graphire 3 and as far as I can tell this is how is
works:
You have to move the pen about half an inch away from the tablet for it
to be not pressing down the left mouse button.
You can move the pen around while it's half an inch away but you aren't
able to see where you are on the screen (the cursor just stays where
you left it).
Then you put the pen down and the cursor jumps to the appropriate place
with the mouse button automatically pressed.
The upshot of this is that you can't really tell where it's going to
land when you start a stroke. (Because the cursor doesn't even move
unless you are doing a stroke.)
Is this actually the way they work or is mine defective or what?
(It would make more sense to have the cursor move around with the pen
on the tablet and then have it press the left mouse as you apply
pressure.)
