Looks like a simple screen capture (Ctrl+Alt+Print Scrn in Windoze) or you
can use screen capture software
If using Photoshop paste into a new layer - *not the background* and
resize
and rotate (under the Edit drop down menu)
Please don't post attachments to alt.graphics.photoshop - it's supposed to
be text only
