In your openion what is the best system to buy to work on making Gif
or redoing frames in a home movie, my old comput fried on me and im
trying to find someone that can try and save any of the stuff I use to
have but if I cant (God help) im thinking buying a new system using
vista, from past experences I dont like vista, so I might just build
another comp, using XP 3rd edition like my first comp.
