First you have to save the Actions Set:
Open Photoshop.. highlight the 'action set' you want to save... click
the little arrow pointing right at the top right of the Action menu for
a fly out menu... click save actions ... The action will be saved into
the Photoshop actions folder (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 
7.0\Presets\Photoshop Actions) or wherever you put it, so you can find 
and move it later...
Repeat for all the action sets you want to save for transfer
