Thanks guys for the replies, I found the smudge tool but it doesn't behave
as I hoped. It appears to warp the image (like in liquify) as it smudges.
What I'm after is purely smudge.
Example: You have a white canvas and on it you dab a blob green paint and
next to it you dab a blob of red paint. If you use a brush in the red
paint
and drag it over to the green paint you get a smug effect, and that what
I'm
after. Anyone familiar with paintshop pro will understand what I mean.
I'm after a smudge without the warping or liquifying.
