Yeah, Hatch is no longer part of Illustrator and has become Scribble in the
Effects menu now. This new filter is not as good as Hatch that they had in
version 9.
The Help file doesn't say anything about what I'm looking for but I'll
keep
trying workarounds.
Another thing I can't do that I used to do is use the Envelope Distort
with
the Make With Top Object command. What I used to do was make an object
above
a TIF image and apply the Make With Top Object to distort the image in
that
new shape. Now all I get is an error stating "The selection contains
objects
which cannot be distorted".
