I think i found the problem. When i was trying to make a gradient from
black 
to red the grey effect showed up in a CMYK - do***ent, however when i did 
the same in RGB - mode it worked well and NO grey-effect was visible!

Stupid luck or was this really a CMYK - problem in my case?
