Good day all,
We have a problem with Illustrator CS2 (all current updates applied).
When
we go to make changes to file then use the save as command, we receive
the
error that the file is read only and/or open somewhere else.
The file properties show the file is not read only, no-one else has
the file
open. Not only occurring on one computer there are 4 with the same
problem
but different files.
Computer configurations:
4 Workstations running XP Pro (all current updates) 2 gig ram, 200 gig
hard
drives, 64 mb video cards, 1 gigabyte network cards. CS2 Suite on all
systems (local copies).
We have renamed the preferences file, turned off the pdf compatible
file.
Server: running Windows 2003 Server (Raid 5).
Not occurring with all files, just some files.
