Anyone have any ideas on a simple way to eliminate the page breaks in a
multi-page PDF do***ent. or string together half a dozen PDF pages or
PDF or EPS vector illustrations into a single very long PDF or EPS page
or graphic -- a sort of "vertical panorama" -- using either Acrobat or
Illustrator (or GraphicConverter?), on a Mac? [Content of individual
pages or graphics is mostly text.]
I'm pretty sure I can do this using Illustrator, with a whole bunch of
Cutting or Copying from each of the individual input pages and Pasting
into the long output page -- but is there an easier way?
