It looks almost as bad as my first animation. :->
but that's how you get started
I do have a suggestion and it is learn outside of animation programs.
Master a 2D and or 3D paint program. Make the teddy bear or whatever
look as good as possible before you add the element of motion. Hope
this helps.  I am posting the first .gif animation I ever did (back in
1996 I think). It was done in Picture Publisher (the 4 frames) and
compiled with the old Gif Construction Set which I use to this day to
compile my frames.
