Same thing happening in Louisiana. First Allstate said they were going to
leave entirely, but backed down. Now they want to remove wind damage from
their policies, including existing policies. Costs skyrocketed immediately
for anything to do with construction. And the low to middle income folks,
the workers of NOLA, who previously rented can't come back because rents
are
up 40% since Katrina.

We hear a bit about FL and I knew some areas were still having a hard time
from previous hits. Now it's looking like Ernesto may be targeting FL.
There's no *good* place for a hurricane to go once it's in the Gulf.
