Beach)..

And the insurance companies REALLY tried to get out of claims
any way they could. Many many had to sue to get settlements.
And now they are trying to get out of re-newing policies.

I can't afford to go back to the beach, (lived there for 25 years) codes 
have changed
(which they should) but contractors are raping everyone to build to 
these codes. Which
in the real world isn't any more labor intensive than they always had to 
do. Every one is
getting rich off these things. And we are left to deal with it.
