Well, it is to us - but we're actually fairly local to you. And
considering that we get our share of hurricanes, I think it's one of
those cases of it's close to home, so we listen better than the rest of
the world.
We've actually survived the last few hurricanes really very well -
because of all the condos built (that we hate). They given us a huge
sea wall, so to speak. With the last one, we were supposed to sustain
horrible damage, but because of the condos, only got tropical storm
winds. The condos were almost destroyed, though.
And btw, condos sales are DOWN. LOL
BTW, my offer still stands. No expiration date. : )
