CMYK work in painter

Do anyone know if painter can work in CMYK, or is it only possible to save 
in CMYK ?
I have many problems getting at CMYK image from photoshop to Painter - the

colors change a lot , even the color profiles are set to be the same .
How can I solve this problem ?
