My install of Essentials suddenly stopped working entirely. I was in the
middle of acquiring an image from my scanner in PhotoPAINT, when a couple
of
previews started to look odd and then it crashed.
Since then I can't create files or open them.
I've tried:
Installing over top
Uninstalling and reinstalling
System restore (XP)
Uninstalling and reinstalling the scanner (which still works, just not
with
Corel)
The GUI comes up and looks fine but I have "negative function". When I try
the scanner, I get the Twain driver, the dialog, but when I hit "scan" it
crashes...
Anyone have any ideas?
