Philosophy on the beach might be nice.  I had a therapist once, she
had a calm, soothing voice and a relaxed, easy manner.  She would sit
opposite me and we'd speak slowly to each other with our eyes closed.
That could work on a beach.  That and some nice sandwiches for lunch.
Egg and cress, maybe?  Or humous with grated carrot and alfalfa
sprouts?
