One way is to fold 6 panels and then cut off one.
Another way, called crossed diagonals, is to first divide the strip into 4
equal panels, then fold a diagonal of the entire strip and a diagonal of
the
first (or last) panel so that these two diagonals intersect. The
intersection will be at the 1/5th point in the vertical and horizontal
directions.
Try it first by doing two equal panels and finding the 1/3rd point.
