Iwata air brushes identify

I have 3 HP CS Iwata airbrushes but they also are stamped with
additional numers DD,  CM and CO.

I cannot find the additional numbers in the Iwata catalog.  Can someone
explain the differences.

By the way I will sell them for $50 each.

I have a CM C   BC  missing a part or 2 for $75.

I can take excellent photo if interested.
